THE METHOD

A mat Pilates approach focused on precision, control, and consistency. Movement is slow and deliberate, emphasizing form, alignment, and deep muscular engagement through structured sequencing and detailed instruction.


Classes are intentionally small, with only four clients per session, allowing for close attention and consistent feedback.
